We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Interscope Records official store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and media remain factory sealed to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
